Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your about-face products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items must be in their original packaging and gently used to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Print the label and securely package your items to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off Package
Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.
Receive Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
